Job Description & Daily Responsibilities
Drive high-converting digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok to fuel customer acquisition and GMV growth for Nepal's largest e-commerce platform.
Key Roles & Deliverables:
- Plan and execute large-scale performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI targets.
- Optimize ad spend, audience segmentation, and A/B test ad creatives.
- Analyze full-funnel conversion metrics with Google Analytics 4.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and brand leads on creative assets.
