Other Qualifications & Criteria:
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking operations or relationship management in a commercial bank.
- ✓Strong knowledge of NRB directives, banking products, and financial regulations in Nepal.
- ✓Proven sales acumen with excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Job Description & Daily Responsibilities
Manage and grow high-net-worth retail client portfolios, sell banking products (fixed deposits, debit/credit cards, retail loans), and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Roles & Deliverables:
- Acquire new retail and SME clients and promote CASA deposit accounts.
- Cross-sell bank products including digital banking, cards, and personal loan packages.
- Maintain active relationship with existing portfolio clients and resolve queries promptly.
- Ensure adherence to NRB statutory compliance and KYC/AML guidelines.
