Job Description
Lead our production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output. You will oversee production teams, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in our textile and garment manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations and workflows
Manage production teams and coordinate shift schedules
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Monitor production metrics and KPIs
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
Develop and train production staff

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
Experience in textile or garment manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
Strong leadership and team management skills
Understanding of quality control processes
Proficiency in production planning software
