Job Specification

High school diploma with tourism or mountaineering training
1+ years of experience as a tour guide or in adventure tourism
Trekking guide license from Nepal Tourism Board
First aid and wilderness safety certification
Excellent physical fitness and outdoor skills
Fluency in English and other international languages
Deep knowledge of Nepalese culture and geography
