Job Description
Supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will manage warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and implement safety protocols in our distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff
Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
Implement and enforce safety protocols
Coordinate with transportation for timely deliveries
Train and develop warehouse personnel
Monitor warehouse KPIs and productivity metrics

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or related field
2+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
Strong leadership and team management skills
